So, I forgot the Ipod of strength at work today. I know it is weird to bring it to work, but hey... i was rocking out en route to the docks.
So I am going to try and take a quick jog up the street and do some sprints and calisthenics. I'll let you all know how that goes down, but for now check out whats happening in the greater new england area.
