Another day fighting the good fight in the Commonwealth.

Today is a strength day at the "Box" known as "Crossfit 781". For all those who gloss over some of the interest links posted here. Check to the left to see the 781 link. That is where we are spending time and getting fit like you read about.
Beautiful part about this kind of working out is that it really brings you back to athleticism. These workouts aren't just about certain body parts and exercises. The whole workout is a full body blast.
The WOD
5 sets of 5 reps - negative pull ups
5 sets of 5 - pushups, adding weight every set. (I got all the way up to 5 reps with a 45 plate)
5 sets of 9 - Standing bent over row
Cash out.... 1 minute unbroken wall balls ( I got 31)
