so my first official blog: I am fully into my second week and feeling pretty good. I have decided little things can help during the day, taking the stairs whenever possible rather than the elevator. Walking the long way to and from my car rather than taking the short cut. We are going to try something in our office next week, sitting on a balance ball you know the big ones instead of a chair for core work and every time the bell rings getting up and doing an exercise, we think it might be fun and beneficial to us all. I will keep you all posted on how it goes. As for some of the suggestions I forgot to mention when I debone the chicken I store it in wait for it .........you know ahhhhhhhhh tupperware:) feeling good so far.
