Week 4

In week 4 I hit a plateau, no weight loss :( I found it difficult to stick to my diet while in Philly and with Valentine's Day. Thankfully, my workouts were enough to not gain any weight. My new favorite food item for protein is chabani yogurt, you can mix that stuff with anything! I've mixed it with almond butter and cinnamon to make a tasty english muffin spread and veggi dip mix for celery and carrots. Tonight, I tried to remake the arugula/pomegranate salad that Ryan and I had on our Valentine's Dinner. The lemon vinaigrette dressing needs some tweaking, but I think I got it pretty close. Tomorrow, I'll be trying a Greek Stuffed Chicken with Lemon Orzo to pair with the salad. If it's a success I'll post the recipes.


  1. DUDE... really? You're gonna blame me for your dietary divestitures. I don't think so. Healthy pizza, egg white wraps on wheat tortillas, Salads, yogurt... I am shocked and apalled woman. Even the valentines dinner was salad and pasta with shrimp.

  2. I am not a chobanni fan, everyone has tried to get me into it. They say it is great for you so you go Kris and Kyle I just never acquired the taste.
