Paleo Day 4.... So tired....

Ok... this was a tough one.  The Workout of the Day (WOD) was on the Down Low, but since the last class is over... I think it's cool to reveal.

Seems pretty straight forward, but holy crap... Kicked my *ss sufficiently.  And it was cold!!!!

Paleo Day 4... continued without issue.  I am exhausted a lot of the time and starving all of the time.  the meals for today...

-2 hardboiled egs
-apple with almond butter
-Rotisserie Chicken

I ate the hell out of a rotisserie chicken.  That is the one upside to this particular dietary adventure.  Portion control is not an issue.  This is a special little treat compared to most other diets, but its a fair compromise given that I haven't eaten a single thing I would've eaten on my own. 

I literally haven't had a single meal that included anything I used to eat.  Amazing how terrible I actually eat in a give week.  Additionally I did some quick math and realized that I should save approximately $1200 over 2 months by not eating the way I used to. 

Crazy right... Well, I have nothing witty or even interesting to say tonight.  I am just that exhausted...  I swear, I better see some results soon on this diet, cuz I hear the pizza and diet coke calling my name.

  1. eat more! your size you need more calories man! i cant eat any dairy or gluten based products so i have to get creative. dont be afraid to stuff your face with eggs, have a sweet potato, nibble on some fruit. when you're hungry all the time its almost impossible to stay on it! keep up the good work bro!
